The paper analyzes the proposals for the reform of the liability of Internet service providers in the light of the Digital Services and Digital Markets Act of the European Union, also focusing, in particular, on the profile of the preventive measures that can be adopted in the antitrust field and the risks of double punishment, resulting in a violation of the no bis in idem.
