Abstract

The article is a critical analysis of the 2024 Guidelines, issued by the Italian Communications Regulatory Authority (Agcom), concerning vloggers, in the light of the Italian Audiovisual Media Services Code (TUSMA). The analysis is carried out from a perspective of constitutional law: examining the activities of the vloggers against the ‘digital constitutionalism’ background and analysing them in light of the legal concept of information and freedom of expression under Article 21 of the Italian Constitution.
