Abstract

The «DDL Cybersicurezza» introduces new reporting obligations for Public Administration and fits into the legislative framework set by the National Security Perimeter legislation. However, in view of the national implementation of the NIS 2 Directive by October 2024, it appears necessary for the legislator to modify the current text in order to avoid fragmentation of incident reporting obligations and consequently increase security levels through information sharing.
