Abstract

This contribution aims to highlight one of the main risks linked to the progress of the algorithmization of administrative decisions, that is the protection of cybersecurity. In particular, after having analyzed the complex multi-level system defined in recent years in the field of cybersecurity, the survey stresses the need to ensure an adequate level of cyber resilience in the automation of the various administrative procedures, drawing some systematic implications for the same legitimacy of the use of algorithmic formulas for decision-making process.
