Abstract

In the new scenario in which we are witnessing the affirmation of technology and in particular to the development of artificial intelligence, we are faced with some aspects of this impressive phenomenon and ethical and anthropological questions that represent a real paradigm shift, at the bottom of which there could be a new idea of humanity. The use of artificial intelligence systems applied to the activities of the Public Administration requires that the legal institutions, principles and rules of the organization and of the administrative procedure are re-examined. In addition, they require that the resulting procedural dynamics are correctly framed, as well as the relationship between the administrative procedure and the principle of legality.
